Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our offerings. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of design principles, user behavior, and business needs. You will also need to be able to work with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Here are the Responsibilities and Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
  • Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Define and document design systems, standards, and guidelines.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
  • Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify new features and enhancements to existing products.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to improve our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills.
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Expert in typography, visual design, and design thinking.
  • Proficient in user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Experience with designing and building design systems.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
  • An eye for details coupled with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
